What You'll Do

- • Work with Python, Selenium, Node.js, UIPath, and other automation tools
- • Integrate bots with existing client systems and workflows
- • Optimize bot performance and reliability for 24/7 operation
- • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their automation needs
What We're Looking For
- • 3+ years experience in automation, RPA, or software development
- • Strong Python and/or JavaScript skills
- • Experience with web scraping, API integration, and data processing
- • Ability to understand business processes and translate to automation
- • Self-starter who can work independently and ship fast
Business Development Representative
Full-time • Remote • $60K - $80K + Commission
What You'll Do
- • Identify and qualify automation opportunities across industries
- • Build relationships with potential clients and understand their pain points

- • Work closely with the founder to close deals and grow revenue

What We're Looking For
- • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development

- • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding targets
Client Success Manager
Full-time • Remote • $70K - $90K
What You'll Do
- • Ensure client satisfaction and successful bot deployments
- • Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues
- • Identify opportunities for additional automation services
- • Build long-term relationships with key clients
- • Gather feedback to improve our automation solutions
